3 Message Data & WhatsApp Content

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send via our API.
You must not use WapiConnect to send spam, illegal content, or unsolicited messages.

Once a subscription plan is activated, no refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts will be issued — including but not limited to unused days, plan downgrades, account suspension due to policy violations, or voluntary cancellation before the billing period ends. We encourage you to use our 7-day free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing.

10 Children's Privacy

WapiConnect is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.

11 Changes to This Policy
